This weekend we finish our sermon series, “This is Us," with a message on our core value" Grace Happens Here." We understand that we do not deserve the grace of God, but we believe that once we've experienced God’s grace we should extend it to one another. This is a safe place to meet with God and learn about the great things He has done for each of us. Listen in as Neal talks about this grace from John 8:1-11.
Listen in as Neal talks about our core value 'we do life together.' Our church is all about doing life in relationship with others. We think a big part of following Jesus is doing life in community with others.
Mother’s Day is a day full of a variety of emotions. Some women struggle with the loss of a child, others are trying to figure out motherhood and many people miss their mom. During this special Mother's Day service, Neal interviews three Coastline moms and asks about their journey from changing diapers to dealing with life-taking disease.
Ongoing studies show us that less and less people are following Jesus in America. One of the ways we can track this is through church attendance. There was a time in America when people went to church every week. Now the average church attender is someone who attends two out of every five Sundays. Listen in as Neal talks about living an outreach focused life.
We are multigenerational because the church is meant to be multigenerational. We think the best way to keep the love of God fresh in our hearts is to place a high value on kids, students and families. We intentionally invest in the next generation. Listen in as Neal continues our series on the core values of Coastline.
Coastline is committed to building people up. Our third core value says: "We are a fun, welcoming, loving and encouraging church community. We want to help everyone take the next spiritual step to grow in their faith journey. We invest ourselves in the lives of others because we think that developing servant leaders matters." Listen in as Neal teaches from 2 Timothy 2:2 on this value.
Listen in to the second sermon in our "This is Us" series, which focuses on our core value of praying bold prayers. Our guest speaker, Scott Grabendike teaches us that the fruit of our prayer life reveals the root of our discipleship.
The mission of our church is helping people find and follow Jesus. Our core values are what keep us focused on our mission. They are the identity of Coastline and the driving beliefs of our focus. This week we start a new series called “This is Us," which will talk about what drives Coastline. Listen in as Neal talks about how we put God first.
There are power in the words we say and in the words we hear. The phrase, “He is risen!” has impacted more lives than we can count. On Easter Sunday, many of you are here wondering if Jesus really rose from the dead. Did Jesus really calm the waves, heal the broken and accept the rejected? You’re longing to know if the resurrection story is true. Listen in as Neal teaches from Matthew 28:1-15 and talks about how we find life in the resurrection of Jesus.
The best response we can have for Jesus is worshiping Him with our actions and our life. There are going to be many people in our world that are given the name king. Rock stars, pop stars, politicians and athletes will be called king. Listen in as Neal reminds us there is only one who is the King of Kings. He is ruler of all things. Jesus is the one you want to be found worshiping and the one you want to obey and please.
